āš ļø Important Note: While some clients receive partial reimbursement, Two Black Crows, LLC cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act):

Under the No Surprises Act, all clients who pay out of pocket are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the expected cost of services.

āœ”ļø The GFE provides a transparent estimate of therapy costs before you begin treatment.
āœ”ļø This estimate is not a binding contract but ensures you have a clear understanding of potential expenses.
āœ”ļø If you have questions about your Good Faith Estimate, I’m happy to walk you through the process.
